Every effort will be made to redistribute the goods received for our recycle program, however, the distribution thereof is reliant on the donations received, and as such, stock is not guaranteed. 

There is also no returns policy associated with This recycled program.  By submitting your request for items does not guarantee receipt of products.  This program is only Applicable in South Africa at this point in time.

Returns will be handled according to the supplier stipulations within 7 days of receiving the products.  Custom made items cannot for obvious reasons be returned. 

In order to arrange returns, please leave your contact details on the “Contact Us” page and we will contact you. (Delivery fees will apply)In the unfortunate event that you receive the incorrect item, we will arrange collection of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct product.If an item is broken or faulty, please contact us immediately in order to rectify the situation, using This email address is being protected from spambots. Certain items cannot be guaranteed, however the best care is taken to ensure that you receive quality items every time, as each item is checked before being dispatched..Faulty or damaged items should be unused for refund or replacements.  These faulty items will be inspected by the suppliers and the final call is theirs.Currency Items are subject to currency fluctuations, so your final amount will be confirmed before placing the order. Current pricing is in ZAR (South African Rand)
